All prices include 3 weeks of:

  • 10 weekly Spanish classes (2 per day) at your level of instruction;
  • All transportation, guides, and entrance fees for cultural activities and excursions
  • Accommodations according to your preference: homestay or residencia
  • All meals during the homestay and on excursions; in the residencia, you may select full or 1/2 board (2 meals/day included in half board).
  • Flights to and from Madrid are NOT included

At SANAS Spanish Immersion, our mission is to provide immersive, experiential learning opportunities that go beyond traditional classroom instruction. We believe language acquisition thrives in real-life contexts, and our programs are designed to foster deep connections between travelers and the communities they visit.

Day 1 (Friday, June 12)
   Arrival in Madrid Barajas airport. Please arrive by 2:00pm**
   Airport pick-up and transfer to accommodation in Salamanca. Welcome  

   dinner. 

Day 2 (Saturday, June 13)

   Excursion to Segovia. Typical lunch in a local restaurant.

Day 3 (Sunday, June 14)
   Free day

Day 4 (Monday, June 15)
   Walking tour in Salamanca’s historic center

   Salamanca orientation and language assessment

   Spanish lessons – 9:00 to 12:15

   Welcome dinner

Day 5 (Tuesday, June 16)
   Spanish lessons – 9:00 to 12:15

   Guided visit to the Cathedral

Day 6 (Wednesday, June 17)
   Spanish lessons – 9:00 to 12:15

   Typical tapas afternoon

   Casa Lis Museum – Art Noveau and Decó – Huerto de Calisto y Melibea

*You may elect to arrive early in Madrid, to extend your stay, or otherwise to take advantage of being in Europe. If you do so, please time your travel to coincide with the group program timing. 

 ** This itinerary is subject to change based on availability, weather conditions, road conditions, or any other reason affecting the safety or advisability of a given component. Every effort will be made to replace a missed component with something similar or to reschedule it into the program at a later date.
